Where we worship…

Securing an appropriate home for a church plant is a challenging and ongoing process. Our congregation’s first meeting location was the banquet rooms of what was at that time the Comfort Inn on Centerville Road here in Lancaster. Many churches have to be a totally “portable church” for years but we were blessed to only have to do this for our first six months. For the next five years we were located in the Mountville Business Center where we renovated and occupied 3,400 square feet of space. In 2005 we moved our services to the Village Center at Mountville. This was a newly constructed commercial facility where we utilized 6,800 square feet of space for our ministries. Then as we worshiped in the early months of 2008 little did we know that our nine years of leasing space was about to come to an exciting end.

In late May 2008 we settled on the purchase of our first church building and after some weeks of significant renovations we began to conduct services in our new church in July. We purchased and renovated what was originally St. Mary’s Catholic Church here in Marietta, PA. Our church family is thrilled to finally have our own church “home” and we invite you to come enjoy it along with us.
